Dzień gości i odwiedziny
Szanowni Rodzice, Goście i Sympatycy Harcerstwa, Grono Instruktorskie,
Mamy zaszczyt zaprosić Państwa do odwiedzenie X Światowego Zlotu, który odbędzie się w dniach 3 i 4 sierpnia. Te dni będą wyłącznie przeznaczone na przyjęcie gości i odwiedziny.
Zachęcamy do spędzenia czasu z nami, aby zobaczyć jak wygląda życie na Zlocie i jakie emocje towarzyszą naszej młodzieży harcerskiej. Na terenie Zlotu będzie wiele atrakcji, oraz możliwość spotkania się z uczestnikami z różnych stron świata.
Szczegółowe informacje dotyczące godzin przyjmowania gości, punktów spotkań oraz wszelkiej dodatkowej logistyki znajdują się poniżej oraz będą uaktualniane w kalendarzu.

Visiting Day
Dear Parents, Guests, and Supporters of Scouting, Scout Leaders,
We have the honor to invite you to visit the X World Scout Jamboree, which will take place on August 3rd and 4th. These days will be exclusively dedicated to receiving guests and visits.
We encourage you to spend time with us to see what life at the Jamboree looks like and what emotions accompany our young scouts. There will be many attractions at the Jamboree, as well as the opportunity to meet participants from different parts of the world.
Detailed information regarding guest reception hours, meeting points, and all additional logistics can be found below and will be updated in the calendar.
We warmly invite you to visit our Jamboree and share with us this unique scouting atmosphere!
Wizytacja jest tylko podczas środkowego weekendu Zlotu, 3 i 4 sierpnia. Program jest podany na witrynie i może ulec zmian. Każda pełnoletnia (18+) osoba musi wypełnić zgłoszenie, nie letni muszą być pod opieką rodziców lub opiekunów. Goście muszą się wpisać i wypisać się z terenu. Nie ma możliwości noclegu dla gości na terenia Zlotu.
Sobota, 3 sierpnia
12.00 w południe (noon) wstęp na teren.
Wizytujący muszą się zarejestrować przed wejściem na teren i zapoznać z regulaminem Zlotu. Prosimy o zrobienie tego przed przyjazdem, aby przyspieszyć proces rejestracji.
13.00 (1 pm) obiad.
Podczas rejestracji proszę zadeklarować, czy chcą Państwo skorzystać z posiłków. Koszt każdego posiłku wynosi $10.00 (USD) od osoby i jest płatny gotówką przy wejściu na teren.
14.00 do 17.30 (2 pm - 5.30 pm) Kiermasz.
Cały zlot i goście biorą udział w kiermaszu organizowanym przez Zlot, poszczególne wyprawy czy obozy.
18.00 (6 pm) kolacja. |
Koszt $10.
20.00 (8 pm) wspólne ognisko.| Bonfire
Wszyscy goście są zaproszeni na ognisko całego Zlotu.
22.00 (10 pm) koniec wizytacji zaraz po ognisku.
Prosimy wszystkich gości o opuszczenie terenu Zlotu.

Prosimy wszystkich gości o opuszczenie terenu Zlotu.
W żaden dzień nie można wypisać dziecka z terenu Zlotu i nie wolno poruszać się prywatnymi pojazdami po terenie Zlotu. Parking dozwolony tylko w wyznaczonych miejscach.
Uwaga:
proszę nie przywozić jedzenia, gdyż nie jest dozwolone w obozach. Nie wszyscy uczestnicy będą mieć gości/odwiedzających, proszę to wziąć pod uwagę z upominkami w stosunku do reszty uczestników w obozie.
Visitation is only during the middle weekend of the Zlot, on the 3rd and 4th of August. The program is provided on the Zlot website and may change. Every adult (18+) must fill out an application; minors must be accompanied by parents or guardians. Guests must sign in and sign out when leaving. There is no accommodation available for guests at the Zlot site.
Saturday 3 August
12.00 Entry onto the premises.
Visitors must register before entering the premises and familiarize themselves with the Zlot regulations. Please do this before arrival to expedite the registration process.
13.00 (1 pm) Lunch
During registration, please indicate whether you would like to purchase meals. The cost of each meal is $10.00 (USD) per person and is payable in cash upon entry to the premises.
14.00 do 17.30 (2 pm - 5.30 pm) Fair
The entire Zlot and its guests will participate in a fair organized by the Zlot, as well as by individual expeditions or camps.
18.00 (6 pm) Supper
Cost $10.
20.00 (8 pm) Bonfire
All guests are invited to the Zlot's bonfire.
22.00 (10 pm) Visitation ends immediately after the bonfire.
We kindly ask all guests to leave the Zlot premises.
Sunday, August 4

Parade and holy mass

Cost $10.
14.00 do 17.00 (2 pm - 5.00 pm) zwiedzanie Zlotów. | Campground visitation
Visitation of individual Zlots and camps.
17.00 (5.00 pm) koniec wizytacji. | End of visitation.
We kindly ask all guests to leave the Zlot premises.
On no day can a child be taken out of the Zlot area, and it is not allowed to use private vehicles within the Zlot area. Parking is only allowed in designated areas. Zlot participants will not be allowed to leave the Zlot at any time during the visitation weekend. Private vehicles are absolutely not permitted
Note: Please do not bring food, as it is not allowed in the camps. Not all participants will have guests/visitors, so please consider this when bringing gifts for the rest of the participants in the camp. Please do not bring any food onto the premises, as it is not allowed in the camps. Additionally, should you choose to bring a gift for your participant, please be aware that not everyone will have guests/visitors, and be considerate of this.
